Champlin’s Own Cooked Conch Meat. Cooked and processed on-site, we use only cold water Rhode Island sea snails caught by local fishermen. Conch meat is pressure-cooked for 35-40 minutes; additional cooking may be recommended for desired tenderness. Use in snail salad, conch chowder or deep-fried conch fritters.
